1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any Onuvia service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Onuvia provides cloud infrastructure services including virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, VPN access, and object storage (collectively, "Services"). Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Prepaid Wallet & Billing
Onuvia operates on a prepaid wallet system. All payments are made in advance using supported cryptocurrencies. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable unless a service provisioning failure occurs. Services are terminated when wallet balance is insufficient to cover the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Onuvia services for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting illegal content
- Conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks or any network abuse
- Mining cryptocurrency without prior written permission
- Operating botnets, phishing sites, or malware distribution networks
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.98% monthly uptime for all VPS and dedicated server services. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA threshold, eligible customers will receive wallet credits calculated on a prorated basis. The SLA does not apply to scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, or issues caused by user configuration.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Onuvia platform are owned by Onuvia Cloud Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without express written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Onuvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all data on terminated services will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onuvia's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the preceding three (3) months. Onuvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice with at least 14 days notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.
